30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days from the date of delivery. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, this 30-day period includes and extends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which you can use without giving any reason.
Return conditions
Items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required. Items that have been used, worn or damaged by the customer, and gift cards, cannot be returned.
How to return an item
- Email us at m2l086@outlook.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We reply within 24–48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of our reply. Items sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described. In those cases we cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. We may wait to refund until we have received the item or proof that you have sent it back. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the refund. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, contact us at m2l086@outlook.com.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us at m2l086@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Exchanges
To exchange an item (for example, for another size), return it following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Customers in the EU and UK also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under their local consumer law.
