These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. Klyro is an online store operated by M&R Digital Business LLC, 1211 Mountain Road Pl NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. In these terms, "Klyro", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Klyro and M&R Digital Business LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and are charged in that currency at checkout. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product (for example, in colour). We may change prices, product availability or descriptions at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed. We may cancel an order in case of stock issues, an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud; if we do, you receive a full refund. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and do not store your full card details.

Product use

Our footwear, apparel and accessories are fashion and everyday-wear products. They are not sold as certified personal protective equipment (PPE). If your workplace requires certified safety footwear, check your employer's requirements before buying.

All content on this website (texts, images, logos and graphics) belongs to Klyro or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure or other events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
